Mindful in May

For the month of May, you can take advantage of a range of mindfulness activities and services in your workplace, you can choose to:

  • Take part in a meditation class (Wednesday 8 May 9.00am – 10.00am)
  • Talk to a dietitian about mindful eating (Thursday 9 May 7.30am – 11.30am)
  • Attend ‘Quitting dieting and eating mindfully’ seminar (Friday 10 May 12pm – 1pm)

ALL BOOKINGS CAN BE MADE VIA THE LINK BELOW.  
 
Please note, the meditation and seminar will take place at Level 14 (please see reception upon arrival), and the dietitian will be located at the ground floor foyer (no booking is required to talk to the dietitian).
